MILTON - An area man was arrested Friday on possession of heroin and fugitive from justice charges by Milton police.
Mark Collyns, who was also arrested by Milton Police on heroin charges earlier this year, was initially stopped for having an extraditable warrant out of Maine and an expired New Hampshire driver’s license.
During the arrest officers found syringes with heroin in them and heroin in plastic baggies on Collyns.
The stop occurred on White Mountain Highway.
Possession of heroin is a felony offense.
Collyns was held without bail at the Strafford County Jail and will be video arraigned on Monday.
He was arrested on the previous heroin charges in April.
