Acoustic, eclectic mix on tap for Friday concert series

ROCHESTER - The acoustic duo Double Take will be featured at this Friday's Music On The Square concert in downtown Rochester.

Double Take - made up of Ben Butterworth and Diane Arabian - is an acoustically funky mix of music from yesterday and today. Their set lists range across decades and genres, all performed in their own unique style.

Music On The Square Concerts are held on Fridays from 11:45 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. through Aug. 26. Concertgoers are asked to "bring a chair and buy or bring a lunch" to enjoy a musical performance in the heart of downtown Rochester.

In case of inclement weather the concerts are canceled at 10 a.m. Free parking nearby is available at the North Main , Union, and Congress Street Parking lots. Also coming up is a Wildlife Encounter at noon on Aug. 10 in Central Square.
