FARMINGTON - A Farmington woman has been indicted in the trafficking of controlled drugs.
Brianna Sullivan, 25, faces three such counts.
The indictments allege that on July 1, 2021; July 8, 2021; and Aug. 30, 2021, Sullivan sold a quantity of fentanyl in an amount in excess of five grams to a confidential informant and/or an undercover law enforcement officer.
The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proved guilty.
The indictments were recently handed down by a Strafford County grand jury.
