CONCORD - The Attorney Generals Office announced today that 13 people have been arrested in a multi-month, cross-border drug trafficking investigation that included multiple New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Federal agencies.
Those arrested include:
Mark Dipaolo, 45, of Plymouth, Mass., was arrested on December 16, 2021, in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a Rockingham Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine. The case is next scheduled for a status conference at 1:30 p.m. on March 22, 2022. Mr. Dipaolo was later additionally charged in Hillsborough-South Superior Court with conspiracy to sell cocaine. That case is next scheduled for a dispositional conference at 9:00 a.m. on April 12, 2022.
Craig Clark, 50, of Hudson, was arrested on December 16, 2021, in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, on a Hillsborough-South Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell cocaine. The case is next scheduled for a dispositional conference at 9:00 a.m. on April 6, 2022.
James Towne, 44, of Concord, was arrested on December 21, 2021, in Lebanon, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine. The case is next scheduled for a dispositional conference at 10:30 a.m. on March 21, 2022.
Jami Marquis, 27, of Concord, was arrested on December 21, 2021, in Concord, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine. The case is next scheduled for a dispositional conference at 9:00 a.m. on March 21, 2022.
Michael Marquis, 55, of Manchester, was arrested on December 21, 2021, in Concord, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine. The case is next scheduled for a dispositional conference at 9:00 a.m. on March 14, 2022.
Stephanie Allard, 43, of Belmont, was arrested on February 17, 2022, in Boscawen, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
Jennifer Boudle, 34, of Concord, was arrested on February 17, 2022, in Concord, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
Christopher Davis, 49, of Concord, was arrested on February 17, 2022, in Concord, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
Robert Hopkins, 33, of Lewiston, Maine, was arrested on February 17, 2022, in Greene, Maine, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
Nancy Jones, 56, of Chichester, was arrested on February 17, 2022, in Concord, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
Shannon Pellot-Sosa, 36, of Hooksett, was arrested on February 17, 2022, in Bow, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
Kyle Putnam, 38, of Tilton, was arrested on February 17, 2022, in Tilton, New Hampshire, on a Merrimack Superior Court warrant for conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
This investigation revealed that Dipaolo supplied methamphetamine to James, who then conspired with Allard, Boudle, Davis, Jones, Marquis, Marquis, Pellot-Sosa, and Putnam to distribute that methamphetamine in the Concord area and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
The investigation further revealed that Dipaolo also supplied cocaine to Clark, who in turn sold the cocaine in Hudson to Hopkins to take to Maine.
The following agencies were involved in this investigation: New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force, New Hampshire State Police, United States Drug Enforcement Administration, Concord (New Hampshire) Police Department, Manchester (New Hampshire) Police Department, Plymouth (New Hampshire) Police Department, Plymouth (Massachusetts) Police Department, Tyngsborough (Massachusetts) Police Department, and Massachusetts State Police.
The charges and allegations listed above are merely accusations, and the individuals who have been arrested are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
