ROCHESTER - Russell Wayne Moyer of Rochester died Sept. 3, 2023, at his home.

He was born on Oct. 13, 1964, to James and Elizabeth Moyer.

Russell is survived by his long-term partner Ken Markin, his brothers John Moyer and Tim Moyer, his sister Cindy Buck and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Margaret (Peg) Wertz and Crystal Badman, and his brother James Moyer Jr.
